Benefit Auction
ARTDOCS is a new nonprofit organization providing healthcare for Nashville performers, musicians, writers and visual artists without health insurance. Primary care office visits will be provided at no charge at the Meharry Family Medicine Clinic---labs, simple x-rays and administrative fees that will be paid for by funds raised at the ARTDOCS Annual fundraiser.
It all happens at The Arcade and Art Galleries on Fifth Avenue. October 15th, from 6 to 9 pm – Ten Dollars grants admission to the Extraordinary!
Music, medicinal libations, The Nashville Rollergirls, Live graffiti artists, clowns, Jugglers, other exotic artistic performances and an art auction extraordinaire. Auction items will include: Amazing artwork from Nashville greats, some artwork from Meharry artists, A signed harmonica from Willie Nelson with a harmonica lesson from Mickey Raphael, his harmonica player for 35 years, a hook up with cutting edge skates from Asphalt beach, an Executive Physical exam including EKG Stress test and Colonoscopy from Nashville General Hospital and Dr’s Akama and Buchholz, and other unique auction items.
